photographs Savor Restaurant The Loft Martini Lounge Here are some pictures of our renovations. Rennovation started in the year 2007 with the replacement of the windows at a cost of approx. $50,000. In the year 2009 we began the complete renovation of the entire building and that renovation took more than a year before we were ready to open and cost approx. $300,000. The vacant building was purchased for $136,000 making the total cost of the building over $486,000. The interior of Savor once all the old had been removed and the new structural supports had been added. The refurbished prismatic glass windows that had surrvived under the corregated tin which had been put in front of them to protect them for decades.
